왜 서울에서 여기로 이사를 온 거야?

My apartment was a rental. 
우리 집이 전세였잖아.

The owner of the apartment raised the deposit too much. 
집주인이 전세금을 너무 많이 올려 달라고 하더라고.

I couldn't afford it, 
so we decided to move to a new place. 
여력이 안 됐어,
그래서 새로운 곳으로 이사를 하기로 했지.

I see. Did you buy it or rent it? 
그렇구나. 이건 산 거야, 전세야?

We were able to buy it, luckily. 
살 수가 있더라고, 다행히.
