We have dinner as early as possible in the evening. 
저녁에 가능한 한 일찍 저녁을 먹는 거야.

And then we don't eat anything untilbreakfast the next day. 
그러고 나서 다음 날 아침 식사를 할 때까지 아무것도 안 먹는 거지.

Oh, so that's called “intermittent fasting,” right? 
아, 그래서 그걸 ‘간헐적 단식’이라고 하는 거구나, 그렇지?
